Well thank goodness some of our Beavers caught the sun... Oisin Beavers recently had their summer camp in Larch Hill, where they played, practiced their backwoods, and most importantly, had loads of fun! ✨

A Summer Expedition with a difference... To friends and family of the Scout Group: Our best and brightest are embarking on the challenge of a lifetime: climbing Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa, this summer and they are going to fundraise for TLM in the process. TLM is a charity in Tanzania that provides free cancer therapy to all children there who need it. It’s an incredible cause, and one of our Scouters will also be volunteering with them for 6 weeks after the trek. The crew would really appreciate any dontations towards the cause and of course, words of support ahead of the trek! Find the link in our bio.

Congratulations to Hugh Grant on his Commendation of Merit, Rory Nevin on his Bronze Meritorius Award, and Rory Finnegan on his Bronze Meritorious Award, all from Scouting Ireland. ✨Hugh works in our Celt Cub Pack while Rory Nevin & Finnegan are both in our Scout section. We are so proud of them all and delighted they are in our Group. #alltheredties
